only used this around 8 times, now had to get in touch with AO as its banging and very noisy to the point its too dangerous to use. its vibration is making the machine move across the kitchen whilst on a fast spin. horrid machine try to avoid

Noisy to the point of deafening, cheap looking, scratches on front, not delivered within specified time, nearly impossible to get through to AO, yet get bombarded with requests for feedback - we’ll here u go - 1 star too many in this instance

I give this no stars but I couldn’t do it had this washing machine September within two weeks had to call engineer out as making loud noise had to have brushed replaced . Water leaking from the door . And now water not draining this is the worst washing Machine I ever had I will never by a hoover washing machine again

This machine packed in after 7 months. AO insurance said they couldn't do anything as it was under a year old. So it was over to Hoover, Long story short, I got fobbed off with so many stories about what they are going to do to fix it, this went on for over 3 months until they eventually gave in and I goa a replacement machine. Absoulute shambles customer sersive from AO and Hoover.

Honestly worst washer ever AO kindly replace after 9 months the spin could wake the hounds of hell, the new candy one is heaven compared

Terrible , not recommended, extremely loud , in wash cycle and even more so in spin cycle , Iv had my machine 1 month and had 3 mechanics out 2 telling me it’s the motor and this modal is renown for a noisy motor, the other one saying there nothing wrong with it, it’s horrendous , I wish I had never brought it ??

Extremely loud machine. The rapid cycles don’t wash clothes properly Probably the worst machine I’ve ever bought
