3 days after receiving this washing machine, it started giving off a burning rubber smell during the spin cycle when operating with the Hoover app. Got a Hoover engineer to visit who came for less than 5 mins, ran some tests, and couldn't find out what's wrong with it. Gave another wash load a try after the engineer left and the machine just stopped working after 10 mins. Hoover says they can't help with a refund or exchange unless the engineer finds a fault with it. They won't accept photo evidence that i have which shows the machine just sitting with the wash load inside doing nothing for almost an hour. Now i'm stuck with a new washing machine which is defective and could be potentially dangerous. My first Hoover product and needless to say will be my absolute last by this company or any of its subsidiaries.

You get what you pay for. Very cheaply made, the soap powder drawer is so flimsy, the display looks like it’s been taken from an old 80s space invader. Not so silent when in use compared to my old LG direct drive one. Got blagged to take out the appliance cover which I did but to be honest I’ll cancel that because I can’t wait for it to pack in so I can buy a better one. My fault for being a tight git.

Stylish, Eco friendly and very quiet when washing. Would highly recommend.

Great washing machine a lot for the price. really quiet spin and you hardly use any spin speed its that good at removing water during the wash. recommend without a thought. puts my friends add wash to shame with the price.

I haven't long had the machine, it is good but my only criticism is that unless you want o or 2 hour wash the spin speed only seems to go upto 1000 and cannot be changed. Washing still feels like it could do with another spin. But I will keep trying different washes until I find the ones that suit.

It's quiet, but it doesn't have a wash setting that will spin at maximum speed that around an hour. Quickest is over 2 hours

Machine is straight forward to use and cycles are really good. Quiet, hardly notice it's on and definitely good with electric. 9kg makes a big difference from 7kg for those with families or frequent washing. I haven't ventured into connecting to my phone as yet as I'm not tech savvy. Very good buy.

Delivered on time and works great, the drum is a lot bigger than expected and lots of different settings to choose from. Would recommend AO and the appliance.
