Overall the machine is fine. It is taking me a while to get used to the different washes and functions. However, I've not given 5 stars because the soap dispenser is far too small and the drawer doesn't come out far enough. If you use powder, as I do, it's problematic. Also, the touch controls aren't sensitive enough. Perhaps this is to encourage you to use the app. I don't use my phone for this type of thing. I just want to bung the wash in and press a button. There is no chime to let me know wjen the wash has finished (is this on the app?).

Excellent washing machine, very quiet, large drum and various short programmes. Spin speed is really fast helping to dry clothes quicker.

Great product, the only thing I would change would be to have a shorter mixed load, it's 2 hours.

First impressions of this washing machine are excellent. Good sized drum and plenty choice of programmes short and long. Really quiet and so far cannot fault it!
