    Hoover service - Up the creek without a paddle

    This washing machine has a design floor in that the drum paddles can come off fairly easily and if they do they rip your clothes. We've had one for 4 months and this has happened. An Engineer came out the following week and said that he normally carries at least 3 spares but they had all gone on others before he got to me. He said he would send me 2 in case another came off! It's been 2 days and I still haven't received them, that's 10 days and i'm trying to run an AirBnB. Hoover told me that in the small print their guarantee does not cover any damage to owners possessions including clothes. So my wifes £200 barber jacket that now has many holes in it is not covered.

    DO NOT BUY . Bought Nov 21 . Flooded my kitchen Feb 23 . Booked appointment for engineer for which I had to wait 1 week . Now have to wait 12 days for part to be ordered and fitted . So I've had to go without a washing machine for nearly 3 weeks . Bad product and bad service from a major company like Hoover . Should be ashamed of themselves.

    Worst washing machine ever

    Had 12 weeks only been able to us for 4 weeks, 2 replacement shock absorbers, one new drum as the original was warped, now flooded my kitchen, we do not over use as only two people in our house, Hoover is the worst customer service I have ever received, the second engineer did try his best, avoid at all costs!

    Feet not level ,liquid draw faulty and product neededpackaging to be installed into it so as to enhance soundproofing howeveroackaging wasremoved by deliverydrivers atmy request ,all in all nightmare as i have to re install productwithsoundproofing applied

    Product arrived as per delivery time 26/11. On turning the washing machine on it tripped the electric. Did this a number of times same outcome. Contacted AO and was told an engineer would call out and look at it on 7/12. Engineer arrived and said it needed a new part and would hopefully be here by 13/12. 3 weeks at least to sort this out. Not impressed at all with this brand new product. Gave this review 1 star for delivery

    Noisy for the price also the washer draw just pulls out all the way so a child can pull out dangerous in my eyes. Maybe a fault I don’t know. Most of the everyday cycles are 1200 spin so could of gone for that maybe it would not have a draw fault on first use.
