I’ve had this machine a couple of weeks now so thought I’d leave a review. Once it’d been plumbed in I ran a cycle to test it which all went well. Once that had finished I set up the smart side of it which took a few attempts as you have to pair it with your phone through Bluetooth so that it can be linked to the Wi-Fi. Overall I’m pleased with the machine. It has plenty of options for the cycles including a quick 14 minute one which is good for freshening up clothes. On each cycle you can adjust the temperature and spin speed which gives you flexibility depending on what you’re washing. I like the app as it shows you how long is left on the cycle and it even texts you when it’s finished so you know it’s time to hang it out. You can also select the cycles from the app and it tells you when the machine needs a cleaning cycle.

The Guided Wash feature in the app is great, just click what items are in the load and the app sets the programme!

I love hoover, my last washing machine was a hoover and it served me very well, this machine is very quiet, you even put a wash on manually or use the automatic wash programmes with the added bonus of WiFi, Delivery was exactly when I ordered it for and AO are absolutely marvellous to deal with, always use AO when I need an upgrade, I never deal with anywhere else anymore, AO all the way ??

This washing machine is so noisy it sounds like an airplane. It is also difficult to use. I regret purchasing it and will now be stuck with it for the foreseeable future. If you like hanging around runways and listening to the planes take off this is the machine for you and you will be in for a real treat.

This was a replacement washing machine for a trusty Hoover that had served me well over the last 7 years. The machine looks good, has lots of options for cycles and a quiet spin . In short I have been really please with it's performance and would have been 5 stars, However, after purchase the manufacturer's rep rang to persuade me to take out the after insurance as they don't expect it last as long as my last one quote 'well with this having all the technology on it, it's far more to go wrong so you need to be insured for when it does as it will be expensive to repair'. This has rather put me off on the reliability front but all the machines seem to have pointless technology. I can programme from my phone, or turn the dial and press the buttons whilst I am putting the laundry in. I am hoping their estimate of a little over a year before it does is a bit pessimistic.

Excellent washing machine….extremely quiet…quick wash is brilliant for freshening clothing & can do a 14 minute wash….love the fact that you can use the App to turn washing on & lets you know when it’s finished….outstanding product ??

They item arrived with parts rattling around internally, the soap drawer doesn't open far enough, it's a struggle to put, powder in, also the drum door hits soap drawer, and the drum leaks on the door seal,

This washer looks beautiful and I love the silver door against the black and it runs smoothly. But it doesn’t always spin as good as my old machine and the programs are all pretty long
