Far louder than an older and cheaper model somewhat surprised at this and disappointing.

Bought in a panic, should have chosen a smaller and less technical model.

I only got mine a few months ago and it’s already showing the error code and hoover sent out a engineer that didn’t even carry the right part to fix it so I’ve been waiting nearly a month and they still don’t have the part in stock. And if you check other reviews online this machine is known to have errors.

I was very happy when the washing machine came, how ever the first time I used it I wasn't happy at all, the noise it makes especially when it's coming to a spin, then really starts spinning it's like a plane taking off the high pitch sound, I was shock with my fingers in my ears, (IT WAS SO LOUD) more than my old washing machine, it's moves as it spinning, which I have to replace. That should not happen, I'm so disappointed. Wish I bough a different machine. I recorded the sound, whish I could send it to you. I don't want to use my new machine

This washing machine is so noisy it sounds like an airplane. It is also difficult to use. I regret purchasing it and will now be stuck with it for the foreseeable future. If you like hanging around runways and listening to the planes take off this is the machine for you and you will be in for a real treat.

Nice looking machine but have to send back as it's very noisy

The washing machine was leaking but only because the person who had connected it had double threaded where one of the pipes goes on. We have fixed it though and it is a good washing machine that does the job and looks nice.

They item arrived with parts rattling around internally, the soap drawer doesn't open far enough, it's a struggle to put, powder in, also the drum door hits soap drawer, and the drum leaks on the door seal,
