Do not buy this machine. Very noisy, eventually reported the fault and Hoover and they wanted to replace the motor on a 4 week machine that had hardly been used!! I asked for a replacement but as this is over the 30 days they have declined. Very disappointed. Seemingly it is a fault within the 300 model. The noise when on the spin sounds like an Aeroplane taking off it is that loud!! When working from home not ideal, actually had a customer asking if it was a firealarm in the background ??

The actual washing machine is great, but it's taken a week before I can actually use it because it wasn't installed properly by the AO installers, even though I'd paid for a premium service. So disappointed and it isn't what I've come to expect from AO. Now it's working properly, the machine is great - quiet, quick and easy to use. Definitely recommend - and Hoover service has been very good as well.

Excellent machine. Really does not cost a lot to run & we use it 4-5 times a week. When using the highest spin setting the clothes come out really dry which is great at the moment whilst drying inside. The spin is really quiet so I'm not worrying about disturbing anyone. Would highly recommend this washing machine.

As soon as I unpacked this I knew it was not going to last. All the plastic parts are so cheap and flimsy. The drawer pops out all the time. The flap at the bottom would not close properly. It wouldn't connect to the app. The time is never right on the countdown timer. And finally after 14 months it has shown an error and is now not working. Is this machine fit for purpose? I would say not at all. It feels like a very cheap washing machine whilst being a mid range machine. I would have expected a better build quality and to last at least a few years. Very disappointed.

Amazing service. That good I've had a TV, coffee machine, fridge freezer, 3 washing machines for myself and gifts for family and a friend. Easy to order and excellent service. Delivery staf so helpful and friendly ??????

Size of drum amount of programs and cost all excellent but control buttons are the worst I have ever used spend ages trying to press start button

What a brilliant washer! I previously owned a bocsh washing machine that finally gave up on me and in all honesty was dreading having to sift through a load of reviews to find the right one. So if you feel the same way just stop right here and get this bad boy. Massive drum that fits loads in, fabulous for me as I am forever behind on what used to be my ever growing washing pile. Fits under the counter nicely. Really easy to install and set up. I get a notification on my phone when the wash load has finished so I don’t end up forgetting about it and having to rewash it. It’s great. Looks expensive but is actually a great price. There are lots of easy to use settings for whatever type of wash you want to do. You can change the temperature to your liking and so on. All in all, really pleased with it.
