As soon as I unpacked this I knew it was not going to last. All the plastic parts are so cheap and flimsy. The drawer pops out all the time. The flap at the bottom would not close properly. It wouldn't connect to the app. The time is never right on the countdown timer. And finally after 14 months it has shown an error and is now not working. Is this machine fit for purpose? I would say not at all. It feels like a very cheap washing machine whilst being a mid range machine. I would have expected a better build quality and to last at least a few years. Very disappointed.

Awful - so loud, even when washing. Sounds like something is wearing out the motor, whining and the spin is so loud. Do not buy this if you need your child to sleep.

Absolutely awful washing machine. My last washing machine was a Hoover and it was great and lasted 10 years. But this was so loud, and not only did it sound like it was going to take off, but it shook violently even though it was level and we had a plumber properly install it. It shook that much on a 1400 spin, items would actually fall off the table in the next room. I had it for 10 days and AO.com exchanged it for a different product.

There is nothing positive to say about this machine. The app is impossible to download so I have given up trying. The programmes take forever 2-3 hours on average and it is so noisy during the whole programme. I can clearly hear it when in another room. I could live with all this if it washed my clothes well but it does not. Firstly I use a dye collector sheet which I could reuse when I used them in my last machine. In this machine it comes out very Staines after one wash. This seems to mean this machine is stripping the dye out of my clothes so is far too harsh. Most annoying though is that even on the fastest spin my clothes are still very damp when they come out of the wash. They also feel really hot when they come out of the machine, even after a thirty degree wash. I wish I had never bought this machine .

Do not buy this machine. Very noisy, eventually reported the fault and Hoover and they wanted to replace the motor on a 4 week machine that had hardly been used!! I asked for a replacement but as this is over the 30 days they have declined. Very disappointed. Seemingly it is a fault within the 300 model. The noise when on the spin sounds like an Aeroplane taking off it is that loud!! When working from home not ideal, actually had a customer asking if it was a firealarm in the background ??

This machine is useless, the instructions are too bitty and complicated, it takes between 2.5 -3 hours to wash a load. It tangles the wash especially sleeves on shirts blouses and jumpers.

Product arrived, looked nice, plumbed it in, no power, opened up the back to find several wires not connected to anything, how it managed to leave Hoover without power connection and quality control, however works fine now but no thanks to Hoover.

worst washing Machine only da it for 5 hours and done a wash and was left with soapy clothes had to put it on rinse to get rid of the soap , then i was left with wet clothes to dry off , would not recommend this washing machine , call centre is bad as ive had to wait over an hour to speak to some one on the phone , also the the conditioner dose not go the through the cycle and stays in the draw .
