I have been unable to use the machine. I am unable to connect the WIFI. The app is useless, it shows the WI-FI as on but has never completed connection.

Product arrived faulty

Arrived on time. Drivers delivering initially refused to take it to room of choice and then dropped it causing damage to appliance. Really poor delivery service. This isn’t the norm for AO though as I’ve had numerous orders over the years.

The actual washing machine is great, but it's taken a week before I can actually use it because it wasn't installed properly by the AO installers, even though I'd paid for a premium service. So disappointed and it isn't what I've come to expect from AO. Now it's working properly, the machine is great - quiet, quick and easy to use. Definitely recommend - and Hoover service has been very good as well.

Mine made strange noises from the start. On the third wash it mangled a bra. The buttons were fiddly to use. Not always recognising being pressed on the first try. On the plus side it washed clothes fine and Hoover were quick to give me a return number to get it replaced. I went with a different machine.

It’s ok, nice big drum push buttons are a bit flimsy and some of the menus are not straight forward. It’ll do for the price, hope it lasts but sense it won’t.

It washes clothes. No idea why it needs to be wifi connected- maybe it can hang things on the line unaided. Review a bit pointless at this early stage, it will be interesting ti ask the same question after 5 years.
