I am very please with the product except for one thing. The Start button is unreliable, it works only inconsistently.

Nothing special, the app is useless

The machine does the job albeit noisier than I would have liked. On one occasion the machine decided to take a walk across the floor whilst doing the 1400rpm spin cycle and had to be reminded where it lived when it stopped. It had been levelled by the AO people when it was installed incidentally. I will see how it goes but if it does it again I will consider a complaint/replacement.

The washing machine is great, unable to connect to the WiFi, Hoover support in this instance is non existence. But it washes clothes Good.

Size of drum amount of programs and cost all excellent but control buttons are the worst I have ever used spend ages trying to press start button

Lovely big drum and I love the Hoover Wizard app which you can use to set and start the machine, and also get stats etc, but the machine is quite noisy when on full spin and also, the shortest cycle is 59 mins, whereas my old machine had 30 or 20 min eco wash cycles.

I was initially really pleased with the washing machine until I put the ECO wash on at 40 degrees. It started by saying it would take 2hrs 25 mins which I thought was quite a long time, my last Hoover did this wash in 1hr 55 mins which I felt was quite long enough. The clock the next time I looked at it had changed to 3hrs 35 mins!!! Nothing needs washing for that long! Why do they call it ECO wash - it makes you thing this is environmentally friendly but washing for that amount of time is not that. Since then I've used the All in 59 mins wash which is ok but doesn't wash at 60 degrees. Non of the quick washes go to 60 degrees which I really need for small whites washes so am disappointed by that. Also as other reviews said we could not get the app to work on the phone - thats also very disappointing. So it washes fine but overall I'm a bit disappointed.
