It's fine. It works and washes clothes well. It is a low price which is why I chose it but you get what you pay for. Feels really low quality The drawer dispenser just comes out when you open it and is made of low grade lightweight plastic so probably easily broken. You have to put a piece of plastic in the bottom of the machine when it arrives. This becomes the bottom of the machine. The flap for the drain on the front wouldn't close initially and we had to unbend the clip to make it shut properly. All in all, it's ok.

Good machine but that app isnt easy to set up as it shows a different model machine

Seems to be OK - lots of different programs and we'll probably only use 3 of them. Have had problems with spinning on certain loads - drum isn't balanced and won't go into fastest spin. This was an issue with last machine so possibly a common problem. Generally resolves when spin cycle restarted - but a little annoying.

Great machine does the job well and without fuss

The machine is actually pretty good, quiet, good quick washes and hot wash makes whites pop. Downside the Wizard app is totally rubbish and this item should really say, has Wi-Fi but probably won’t work as expected, oddly my hoover tumbler uses hOn app that is excellent, come on hoover, get this sorted.

Strange set up, I really not sure. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Nice big drum to fit loads in, only negative is the dispenser draw doesn’t pull out very far at all, so struggling to get the powder in, really annoying and very weird!

The washer looks good and works well but the linking to the app a nightmare to so and a gimmick that is not of much use
