Excellent drier. Coming from old style drier this one works differently (heat pump) and so takes some adjustment, but is quieter, cheaper to run by far, substantial, and also drains direct to waste pipe if you have room. Delivery people were lovely and very helpful as well.

Excellent tumble drier. Finally had to replace our old condenser drier with a new model, we went for the energy efficient heat pump version. Works really well, a number of different programs to choose from. Definitely recommended.

Great product, and although expensive when comparing it to how much we paid for the previous one, the long term energy savings make up for this. Super quiet in operation and clothes come out pretty much crease free and perfect for ironing.

Initially it was a great machine but started to become very loud. After six months we had to call Haire to arrange an engineer as the tumble dryer had stopped heating up and water was leaking out of the bottom. The tumble dryer was a right off and we were given a voucher to spend on another machine at AO. Despite the machine not working, the customer service team were amazing, friendly and very efficient.

Great product, great service and delivery. All the reviews of it being slow at drying worried me, but it’s great.
