Pan grids faulty, sent photos and phoned as requested. AO and Hotpoint were lovely and really helpful. New Pan grids being sent out.

Good oven given the limited choice of ovens available 50cm wide. Nice to have a double oven. The top oven doubles as a grill so has two burners. One at the top for the grill and another at the back when used as an oven (chosen by the direction you turn the control knob). You have to fit a heat guard to the only top oven shelf when used as an oven as the burner is close the the back of the shelf. The main oven comes with two shelves and theses are slightly wider so cannot be used in the top oven. Would have liked a dual fuel but only made in 60 cm but so far only positives/no negatives.

Generally good, except for the grill which takes far too long for the gas to ignite, stinking the kitchen out with gas and potentially dangerous. Awaiting Hotpoint engineer.

I like cookie very very much the only thing that I can’t do a set that clock it will not set time and will not set and I want to time something in the oven I don’t know what to do it’s fine you can help me I’d appreciate it thank you

good size, large capacity ovens for the width 50cm

Very happy with this cooker. The smaller top oven heats up quickly and cooks well as does the grill. Both ovens are lit well so you can see when things are cooked and the hob, oven and grill are all easy to light.

Nice neat design. Everything works well - managed to bake some evenly baked biscuits for the first time ever!
