I haven't quite worked out the best way to get bedding dry, but otherwise it seems great. It's quiet and attractive (for a drier!), hopefuly it'll be cheap to run too, but it's too early to know.

The product isn’t silent by any means but a lot quieter then most dryers. The water tank is located at the top of the machine which makes emptying it quick and easy.

Really looks smart and fits in with my kitchen perfect! I decided to go with a heat pump dryer to save money in the long run and so far so good! Drys perfectly and so many good options to choose and so easy to empty the water and clean the filter. I highly recommend this one!

I was a bit dubious about buying a heat pump dryer but when I saw the Haier I thought it was worth a punt as it looked so nice, but this thing is amazing! Just put your load in, tell it what type of items you have put in it and press play. The sensor’s in the dryer knows when everything is dry and it stops… done ?? Brilliant! Ordered from AO on a Friday and it was delivered 9am the next day .Price was good and it Looks cool as well

Always cautious about buying dryers because they are notorious for not working well, but after some research went with the Haier and could not be more pleased. Clothes are coming out actually properly dried, has a great wrinkle free option, and the drying times didn't take quite as long as I expected from a heat pump dryer. The ability to extract water with the hose is also great!! Bonus is that the machine looks good.

Bought this dryer Monday, was delivered Wednesday. Bought this heat pump dryer as i have the matching washing machine so looks good together. Used the machine three times and was excellent, on fourth use i could smell a faint smell of burning but just put this down to the machine being new, 20 minutes later bang, and lots of thick smoke pouring out the machine, fortunately i managed to switch off the power at the wall and then tried to comprehend what had just happened. Called Haier and was told an engineer would call me within 48 hours, got a confirmation email to advise that the engineer had been booked and would be in touch, decided to call the engineer as was nervous about an electrical appliance with a defect being in the house, engineer advised that they had not been contacted by Haier so couldn’t come out to look at the defect machine. Decided to contact AO, they are going to replace the machine, which is great. Happy with AO, not so happy with Haier’s customer service.
