East for adults to use, too complicated for my nearly 2 year old to play with so he doesn't bother anymore thank goodness! Particularly LOVE that I can set it going from my phone when on WiFi mode as I constantly forget to set the dry going, love that you can modify pre sets to your own fancy. Also a fan of the 10kg capacity, we went a week without a washer and are a family with young kids so it was put straight to work and not skipped a beat, soo quiet even on a spin and it's got a new wash every day, absolutely faultless! Delivery was speedy and the kids got a cute little AO Teddy to cuddle so they were happy. Overall I'm so happy I chose AO to supply our new washer drier. One very happy customer with lots of clean clothes! (downside being I now have to put them all away again!!!)

The dimensions provided were accurate, which is always a good start. I have only had it a week, but done a lot of washes so far, with no issues, so hopefully it stays that way. The last Hoover we had lasted almost 20 years, so here's hoping this one does the same. Certainly quieter than our previous one, and almost quiet enough to have on at night (although not quite in our house). Easy to setup and easy to use, so all in all I am happy with the purchase. Delivery men were very polite and quick. No issues there which is pleasant.

Some of the cycles are a little long but does the job, usually put it on a synthetics wash which is around 2 and half hours. Nice sized drum for larger washes. Quite quiet unless on max spin cycle. Overall good.

Very happy so far. Good washing and drying function with low setting and lots of different pre sets. Very quite with lots of space too.

As white goods go it’s ok, not the quietist of machines, and when the door locks and unlocks it’s very loud door release mechanism. But it does it’s job very well ?????

Bought to replace our 8-year-old Hoover washer dryer, which had died part way through a drying cycle. Only used it a couple of times but seems easy to use. Must say it is very quiet even on max spin cycle.

I've had this washer/dryer for just over a week and love it. My old Hoover appliance had been in its way out for nearly two years, and finally gave up. I had no hesitation in buying another Hoover and I'm delighted with it. I can fill it full with detergent and softener and it uses what it needs so I can go several washes without needing to top it up. I set the washer on timer so that it's finished as I get up in the morning. I even turned on the dryer from work using the WIFI function. The only minor downside is that my previous washer had a separate spin cycle and this one doesn't. Other than that it's perfect for me (and very quiet)

It’s quiet.Some of the programmes seem excessively long , however there are good shorter programmes ( rapid and all in 59). The app is great , so easy to navigate ,to vary spin speeds and leave out fabric conditioner etc as necessary.
