Overly complicated & too many programmes Utter nightmare trying to dry sheets etc whichever programme you use; just ties everything up into one great big ball which you then have to untangle and stick back in (bearing in mind that at this point sheets are boiling hot and steaming so I’d say risk of scalding) It was all we could afford, it’s better than nothing for drying clothes but my old vented tumble dryer never did this to sheets. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Tumble dryer works really well. The sensor function is great at detecting when the clothes are done drying and stopping the programme. The water container is at the very bottom behind a panel which is an awkward location for something that needs frequently emptied. Also, there are too many programmes, and connection to the mobile app is a bit fiddly.

Doesn’t really warrant a rating of 1, but this is as low as it goes.Terrible dryer, I’ve had many condenser dryers over the years, this takes hours to dry, doesn’t reverse tumble so everything ends up in a ball, water collects and leaks from door. AO haven’t been helpful at all regarding a replacement and hoovers call out charge is 70% of dryers purchase price. Avoid as there are much better alternatives on the market.

Its good and value for money. The instructions seem to be rather complicated but I am working on this.

I bought this dryer as a replacement for a hotpoint dryer ehich was too old to repair. Firstly the dryer should not be used in a garage, why, becausr for some reason it has an internal tank that cannot be emptied. Secondly to empty the water tank you have to take te kick plate off fully and pull the tank out from inder the machine. Thirdly we cannot find a programme in the ine instruction book, namely cottons. None of this was in the advertising material.

Very happy with the tumble dryer, delivered at the given time and placed in the room of my choice, all packaging removed along with my old machine. Worked out cheaper to become an AO member rather than pay for delivery and removal of the old machine, all free to members. First condensing dryer we’ve had just have to remember to empty the water container as well as the lint trap.

Not impressed, quite loud, fluff gathers by the door instead of in the filter and clothes have fluff on them. The cycles sometimes take longer than shown on the indicator. The door gets very hot not safe if children are around.
