AO were excellent and delivered it on time. First the positives. It dries the clothes well and is quiet. Product is a little disappointing for two reasons. The first is that the tank is down at floor level, so you have to practically get down on your knees to access it. No good if you had mobility issues. Secondly, the information booklet isn’t as clear as I would like. I am still struggling to work out how the timings work on one of the settings. Very difficult to understand. The preset settings are easy but run for far too long.

Appears to be a good product. However door is slightly wonky and the controls are overly complicated for a tumble dryer.

Easy to use machine but not very efficient. It takes about 4 hours to dry a superking duvet cover so I'm not sure how much money we're saving by getting this machine compared to a vented one like we had before. Connects to your phone so you get alerts when it's finished a cycle. The water tank is situated right at the bottom so you have to remove a cover plate and then slide the water tank out which scrapes along the floor. A bit awkward so I'd probably plumb it in if that's an option.

Lots of Programmes and a lag when using the touch screen but this is person preference; I prefer the dial type selection. Fluff and condensation collects in the door 'window' seal. Quiet dryer and overall just ok.

3 stars given as I had to get a Hoover engineer to come out as the door lock would not engage. The locking mechanism was faulty and the rubber door seal was too thick and would not allow the door to close. So those items had to be replaced on a brand new item. Working now and happy. Really like the remote control function as the tumble dryer is not installed in the house.

I wish I'd got a ventilated dryer. I'm not keen on the condenser dryer.
