For the first couple of months I absolutely loved this fridge freezer. It went downhill rapidly from there and the Haier customer service has been abysmal. Random beeping, switching itself on and off. Haier wouldn't replace the full unit until every component had been replaced. Multiple engineer visits (and one month!) later, they've conceded the whole thing is faulty. I will never buy a haier product again.

Absolutely brilliant product and fits everything in that is required. I had to buy a new fridge freezer just before the Christmas food rush as my last one broke. I paid to have it installed and the old fridge removed. As a disabled person, this was an invaluable services. The product guide and instructions are simple, user friendly and so easy to interpret for a techno nerd. I just wanted a frost free fridge to be able to just store my day to day foods and the freezer draws are deep and easy to manoeuvre with my disability. The additional My Zone is like an additional freezer draw if required - I use it for my 2 dogs frozen raw food - absolute Godsend in keeping the human and pet food separate. Chuffed to bits with this fridge freezer.

Love our fridge freezer, loads of room inside, the freezer drawers are much easier to open and use, than a traditional freezer, and hold more. Great it you have a smaller kitchen, or lack space.

I bought this fridge freezer going in a friend’s recommendation of the brand. I wish I had bought this brand sooner. It does everything it says it does. I was surprised by how much I can get in there as it is to replace a tall larder fridge. I can get everything I had in my old fridge and with the convenience of the chiller/fruit and vegetable drawer that I can alternate between, I can now have extra space at the touch of a button for when I have extra mouths to feed ie at Christmas time. It hardly makes a sound unlike my old appliance I had to check if it was on twice it is that quiet. I would recommend this fridge freezer to anyone looking for a larger capacity storage.

This product has by a million miles exceeded expectations. This is the first F.F. with drawers we've had so we're dubious, much easier, masses more space and so easy to find the products. Fridge has great lighting, strong shelves and the temperature is easy to set (even for me). All in all this exceeds brands we have paid a lot, lot more for, so much so we've ordered a Haier washing machine.

Dont waste your money! We had this fridge freezer for 18 days before the freezer stopped working and defrosted all of our food. It says the fridge freezer is no frost, theres that much ice in our freezer every time we open it, it goes everywhere. To add to this when complaining to Haier for compensation for loosing our freezers worth of food they offered us a very low amount of compensation which wouldn’t cover 1 bag of freezer shopping! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Great fridge freezer. Nice a quiet… Bit of a fiddle swapping the door over especially with the display connections. Absolutely love the pull out freezer drawers, so convenient!

Love everything about this fridge freezer, looks smart. So far so good ??
