For the first couple of months I absolutely loved this fridge freezer. It went downhill rapidly from there and the Haier customer service has been abysmal. Random beeping, switching itself on and off. Haier wouldn't replace the full unit until every component had been replaced. Multiple engineer visits (and one month!) later, they've conceded the whole thing is faulty. I will never buy a haier product again.

Dont waste your money! We had this fridge freezer for 18 days before the freezer stopped working and defrosted all of our food. It says the fridge freezer is no frost, theres that much ice in our freezer every time we open it, it goes everywhere. To add to this when complaining to Haier for compensation for loosing our freezers worth of food they offered us a very low amount of compensation which wouldn’t cover 1 bag of freezer shopping! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

This is a fab fridge freezer, so much better even than I expected. so spacious and easy to use. The only issue was changing the dooropening to the other way, as the fixings that hold the door hinges on were a complete nightmare to get undone, you need a 5/16th spanner (old school) And a lot of brute force!

I have given it 4 star, this is because the silver H letter came straight off from the logo Haier on the fridge front door, and went into 2 pieces the first day I got it. I can’t find anywhere online to find a replacement letter. Otherwise it’s a lovely fridge and I’m happy with it. The drawers and door open great. It’s bigger than I expected so if your titch you might want to purchase a step ladder to reach the top shelf

Great fridge freezer with plenty of space and quality finish. Runs quiet

Good product ..bit noisier than thought, but plenty of space.

Really like the two freezer drawers. Was a bit concerned when outside was hot for a few days but has settled down now. Overall a good buy.

Was not aware door was matt black and would show every fingerprint, a tad noisier than expected but the fridge is spacious, and the freezer drawers nice and deep. Great for irregular items like a huge turkey. There was a lot of packaging to get rid of.
