This is the third item I have bought from AO! And, as with the washing machine and the dishwasher, I cannot fault the service provided with regard to our new TV, especially as it was ordered on Boxing Day! From the moment of ordering to the delivery by two very cheerful and pleasant guys two days later, everything worked like clockwork! Notifications were received by text/e-mail and we even received a phone call when the delivery men were en route to our house. What more can I say? Absolutely excellent! And I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending AO to friends and family, many of whom have already been impressed like me!

My mother's tv broke and she was very upset as she had had this old tv for 30 years (she is 90!). We sat and looked at the tv's on ao and she took a shine to this tv. When it arrived she was like a kid at Christmas and watched as it was unpacked and set up. The picture was amazing and I have one very happy mother... thank you.

This sound bar is very easy to set up but I expected better sound quality, the base is pretty much non-existent in comparison with other sounders I've experienced. I also would have liked if it worked alongside my tv's audio rather than instead but this may be a flaw with my actual tv so........

Really pleased with this soundbar, it has different modes depending on what you’re watching and they do make a big difference to the sound. ‘Night’ is very handy for not waking the kids and still hearing the film properly which was always a problem for us before the soundbar.
