When it worked it was great, but that was for a couple of days. Now it doesn’t connect! Wish I could return it but I chucked the box! AO delivery great as always no fault to them.

I have being very happy with AO until I received the bar as I tried to inbox it became quite clear the box patched up looked like a returned product. The sound keeps getting cut off.

You really get what you pay for Sound is flat, quite muffled sometimes. Wires are barely long enough to reach from the until to the television. Really simple set up so there’s something, but i regret buying this and not paying a bit more

Not particularly impressed with this Sony soundbar. The sound quality isn’t a patch on an older Panasonic one that I’ve got in another room. When streaming from Bluetooth it has a habit of frequently cutting out for a couple of seconds; I can’t guarantee that’s the fault of the soundbar but I don’t get the same issue when streaming to other speakers in the house.

When it works, it’s great! The issue is when connected via HDMI it works intermittently. I’ve checked both ports (TV and sound bar) and tried multiple cables. Always works with Bluetooth and the sound is excellent - you can really tell the difference (when it works). Also the power cable was missing from the box, but I had one handy at home so that was only annoying, not a major drama.

We bought this because reviews said our TV would have poor sound. The sound on the sound bar is pretty impressive and amazing for music, but absolutely rubbish for TV programmes with voice, you end up turning it right up for vocals and any other noise (sound effects or music) end up blasting out. Unless we're using it wrong, there doesn't seem to be a good setting for just regular television with vocals! In the end we've just gone with the regular speakers on the TV which allow us to actually hear the programme much better!

Product was excellent but returned as we found the sound system from the TV was more than adequate.

This sound bar is very easy to set up but I expected better sound quality, the base is pretty much non-existent in comparison with other sounders I've experienced. I also would have liked if it worked alongside my tv's audio rather than instead but this may be a flaw with my actual tv so........
