Very happy

Seems to clean the dishes OK. Cutlery tray is poor. Main issue is that the door springs do not seem strong enough to cope with the decor door (which is made of wood, but I imagine that I'm not the only one with wooden kitchen cabinet doors). The spring tension in the door closure just can't manage, so I have a very stiff door. The door spring tension can be adjusted, but there is no noticeable difference even at the extremes of the available adjustment. I just don't think that this can cope with a wooden decor door. I don't particularly regret the purchase as it seems to clean better than my terribly environmentally friendly (A++) Miele, which didn't really save the planet because it didn't wash the dishes properly meaning that they had to be done by hand afterwards, but next time I'm likely to go back to Bosch.

Bought a year ago. Still find the operation over complicated. In addition the top cutlery tray is pathetic. Yes you can balance the cutlery in the shallow cutlery grooves, but open or shut the drawer with anything more than a very gentle motion and the knives, forks and spoon just collapse in disarray, wasting loads of time. Ironic that the machine top of well known review service. I have complained to Hisense but although acknowledged, no reply forthcoming. Totally dissatisfied.

Initial results are very good and dishwasher has met our expectations. As we selected it based on a in-depth dishwasher review, sorry not allowed to mention the UK long standing independent review company by name.

Dishwasher worked for for 13 months, but then an inlet value went faulty and has taken 3 weeks to repair. For a part to go faulty within 13 months of purchase is poor and does not our basic expectations.

good performance

Quiet, efficient, and very spacious. Not sure about the WiFi remote feature, seems pointless but there we go.

It washed twice before breaking down, and now I am in the lap of the Hisense service gods to get it resolved. Truly awful support and I will never buy any of their products again.
