Poor support and production installation from Hisense

The installation of the integrated cabinet door is by using velcro pads and screws which results in the door not laying flat. The installation manual is not complete and missing many of the parts that are to be installed. The dishwasher also requires the valance to be cut on installation. On seeking support from Hisense, they replied two weeks later to confirm they don’t offer installation support and to liaise with AO?
