The only thing I dont like on this Henry is.the sweeper head because it pulls up my carpets the head on my old Henry is much better so I use the old head on my new Henry

I have been very much a Dyson girl all my life. Until I ended up with a Henry! I have a black carpet in my living room, and a white dog that sheds hair every second of the day! My carpet looks awful even after I've hovered it with my handheld....... my husband used the Henry on it yesterday....it looks brand new! It's lifted ever dog hair! And my carpet looks brand new! I have definatley been converted! The only issue I have is it's a bit large. Takes up alot ally of room

Well this vacuum does exactly what it says it will. It’s compact, easy to use. The suction is fine for cleaning at home but I feel you’d need a better suctioned vacuum for industrial purposes. All that said I really think the Henry is a trusty guy!!

bought this to replace the old Dyson we had, as the tube would fall out when not switched on, and also tube offset making machine a hazard to pull along---Henry is fab, tube stays put and is a joy to use. Well done Henry! Great suction too.

I'v had a Henry hoover for over 15 yrs (maybe longer) used it, abused it ! he's even been on fire !! (log burner suck out!) this little fellow has been through 3 self builds (houses) dropped from a scaffold erection! he is now in retirment sucking the dog hairs in my house,,,, and still sucking ! advice,,,,,,, buy one,, dont be fooled by bagless jargon TV sales ad's ,,,, keep things simple, switch on, and suck! hope this helps!

very happy with purchase and compact size better for storage. Plenty of accessories. not too noisy

I bought a cordless upright a while back but it doesn’t do the edges or nooks and crannies do I bought a Henry which has its own tool kit attached. It had great suction and does the job well. Great price too!

Very good at job,in fact a bit too good as suction lifts lino even on low setting.Removed al lint etc.
