Bought this because everyone’s reviews said it was silent spin and I really wish I hadn’t. Our old machine had a broken inner bearing which made it very loud. This was the replacement and I wish I hadn’t bothered. It’s is SO loud even the neighbours have complained! You can’t hear the TV in the living room which is two closed doors away from the machine and our 3 year old is frightened to death to go anywhere near it! Really unhappy and now hundreds of pounds down with a machine that is way worse than our broken one! I would steer clear. Had the engineer out to it yesterday who said it’s operating normally even if it is loud. I don’t think that’s right at all. We had it tested and it’s 80db which is classed as potentially dangerous. Not the quiet whooshing noise I was used to with our old hotpoint we had for 10 years before it got noisy. It is horrendous I can’t tell you how disappointed I am!

Unfortunately the water always stays in the drawer where the softener meant to go. It's been like that ever since I got the machine. I had to replace the glass in the door a few months ago, I have no idea how it cracked. I never had these issues with my previous washing machines and I am not washing anything different than what I used to. The next time I buy a washing machine I won't go for this brand. Other customers who own the same machine have the same issue with the water staying in the drawer.

It's a good quality and effective washing machine, particularly for the price. The drum is huge and I would definitely reccomend this machine to a large family The first reason for giving 3/5 is that we can't connect to the wireless features. The machine can only connect on a 2.4GHz frequency broadband, so if like most people you have 5GHz then you can't use it, unless you have the capability to swap frequencies (which is quite common so do check). Second reason is that if you follow the instructions for the different washing loads then to do a quick cycle you shouldnt be putting more than 2 or 3kg into the drum at a time. Which isn't too bad, but with a 10kg id expect to wash more than that at a time,which I can, but only if I'm willing to use a cycle that takes 2hrs. Of course you could just load it up and use fast cycle anyway I'm sure it will be fine, but by the book and cycle that is sub 1 hour you are only meant to use 25% of the capacity. That said, it's a great machine so don't overthink it too much. If this is your budget range and you need a large drum then you won't regret it.

The machine was good value and for our family of four the 10kg capacity is great. I bought it based on other people's reviews. To begin with we were using our same old washing powder and the clothes weren't coming out smelling fresh. Then I read in the manual they recommend a liquid detergent so we're using that now which has improved things. The machine seems noisier than the description, which is disappointing. The detergent drawer doesn't drain very well so after each wash we have to take it out to dry it fully to make sure there won't be a build up of mould. It keeps losing the WiFi connection which is annoying. No doubt a technical issue but I could do with not having yet another problem to sort out! Why can't things just work?! Overall it's too soon to say if I'd recommend this machine to anyone else.

Order process and delivery great, the machine is really good, large capacity, bit complicated at first, but eventually found the 3 programmes I will use on a regular basis so all good. I use the 59 minute wash and you can adjust the spin speed and temperature which is fab. mist other programmes are 2.5 hours or longer. Washing smells lovely. My only problem is the WiFi bit. Initially I thought oh I’ll never use that but my husband set it up and it is quite useful. It lets you just load the machine then set the programming you can save as favourites, also shows how long the wash has left and it’s fairly accurate. The issue is that more often than not the wifi won’t connect so you can’t use it to set the machine although when you look at the app it still shows the wash in progress etc..bizarre. Also love the fact that as soon as you turn off the machine, the door can be opened as long as the wash has finished, my last machine used to take over 5 minutes to open. On the whole I would recommend this washing machine.

Big door which is great to get bigger items in. Nice design and look and plenty of options for different washes. Has WiFi fir smart controls but I have not set this up to use yet. Spin is good and generally easy to use. Decent size drum for family needing to do lots of washing. Only con is that it makes a weird cracking noise when wash is starting and ending...sounds like it's the lock for door going on and off. Could be a little quieter but otherwise am happy with this machine. please note machine comes with a short drain pipe so you'll likely need a longer one fitted

The washing machine is sleek in design and easy to use. It has a large drum so can do less loads! The only slight issue is the noise. It is much louder than my previous machine but I just close the kitchen door and it's not so bad!

Intuitive washing programmes and the machine makes adjustments based on the load. A wide range of cycles, especially via the app, and all the cycles we've used have done their job well. Only thing to improve at this stage is the app, which is a little glitchy at times.
