It's a good quality and effective washing machine, particularly for the price. The drum is huge and I would definitely reccomend this machine to a large family The first reason for giving 3/5 is that we can't connect to the wireless features. The machine can only connect on a 2.4GHz frequency broadband, so if like most people you have 5GHz then you can't use it, unless you have the capability to swap frequencies (which is quite common so do check). Second reason is that if you follow the instructions for the different washing loads then to do a quick cycle you shouldnt be putting more than 2 or 3kg into the drum at a time. Which isn't too bad, but with a 10kg id expect to wash more than that at a time,which I can, but only if I'm willing to use a cycle that takes 2hrs. Of course you could just load it up and use fast cycle anyway I'm sure it will be fine, but by the book and cycle that is sub 1 hour you are only meant to use 25% of the capacity. That said, it's a great machine so don't overthink it too much. If this is your budget range and you need a large drum then you won't regret it.

Easy to follow instructions to install. Looks good in black- shame it costs a bit more :( Only used a few times so far - no issues. Clothes come out clean and drier that our old machine. Quiet spin. Still not sure why we need a WiFi connection to a washing machine - so not used that. Side note - delivery was on time, the two delivery guys were courteous and efficient, no issues there.

Great machine, quiet and clothes smell fresh when they come out. Compact machine. A lot of options - almost too many to remember what they all are without the manual/ pressing each for them to flash up and the eco cycle seems quite long.

Really pleased. Big drum is a bonus! Easy to understand operation. Bought on Recommendation & would recommend!??
