The washer is of good quality but for a 9KG washer there are only 2 programs that you can fully fill the washer. All other programs are 1/4 or 1/2 loads. Which fir a large household is really annoying and not what I expected. I was replacing another hoover washing machine that had a lot more programs suitable for large loads.

it's a washing machine, easy to use, can't say that I like the appearance but I had to get one that FIT the space like the BIGGER drum it's a little early to review really

I think the base had to be applied after delivery by myself which appeared to be thin cardboard type, the clip in plastics at the back after removal of screws 1 snapped on application Overall quality not that great as the metal on washing machine was to bit flimsy compared to other washing machines dented easily as there were 2 tiny dents on removal of packing. The instructions are okay and the machine appeared less noisy then my previous washing machines. Would I buy this product again the answer is definately NO

Product arrived on time, pleasant and efficient delivery crew. Washing machine looks smart. First time we have had a hoover washing machine so it will be interesting how it compares to previous models. However, it draws in the conditioner at start of cycle which is disappointing. Hoover, in fairness, have arranged a service engineer visit next week to investigate, hopefully the visit will resolve the issue.

Great value great machine

Works as you'd hope a washing machine would. Whether it will last obviously remains to be seen. Noisy water intake is why it only gets four stars; the start/stop as it pulls in water clunks on and off.

Childlock doesn’t fully work as your child can still stop the wash mid wash. ?? WiFi works. Weighing wash is cool as is the App and scan assist. Big size, good for family.

Quiet machine, useful mid cycle door open function. Easy to use and good value product.
