Really good wash options on this machine and very easy to use and amend wash options, but have been unable to set up the app to set the wash while I’m at work. The machine won’t link to the WiFi.

Only had it a week but so far seems very good. Very quiet and clever wi fi function.

Looks better on the picture. Once unpacked, you will wonder if that was a right choice. At £340, I would definitely expect more, but as we were after a black washing machine and had to be with smaller depth than 60cm, and delivered quickly, we didn’t have a much choice on the Internet. Looks and feel cheap, the door catch feels like it’s made of plastic and it’s not going to last long. Huge door with single piece of glass, where you need to be careful how you close it, if after the washing cycle you usually leave it open together with the dosing drawer - if you won’t close the drawer first, it will catch it and most likely something will break. The programs dial itself also feels loose. Luckily you can run your programs of your phone, so we won’t be touching it too often. Warranty it’s only 1 year. You can extend warranty for parts for 10 years, but you need to use Hoover approved engineers, so they will milk the extra cash out of you when paying for call out/labour. Normally I wouldn’t suggest to use appliance insurance, but if you’ll decide to buy Hoover one, you might have to think about getting one.

Absolutely love this washer, the quick wash function has been a life saver. So quite!!

Excellent. Good capacity, fast and thorough washing and with a remarkably quiet spin cycle.

It's quiet and so far, seems to clean well. I've not used many of the options yet, but I've not needed to. It also looks much better than our old washer!

Was hoping for a similar set of programs as my previous machine but this one has gone higher tech and features things such as ability to switch on from your phone (of little use to anyone) and choices of length of wash and temp are taken away as these things seem to depend on the weight of clothes put in. I daresay this is more economic but give me the simple on / off options everytime ie chose the length of wash , choose the temp and press the button - bingo. Reliability has yet to be discovered but if it lasts as long as the last Hoover then it will be OK. The instructions for use were very disjointed and not clear when something you thought would happen didn't happen. I have given a three star rating simply because I have only had the machine for a week and it is far to early to come to a definitive conclusion.

Really good washing machine Not too loud, clothes come out clean and dryer than my last machine. App is a bit niggly to set up but once set up is a breeze to use Quick dry does work really well. Only criticism is that it's not as deep as my last one, but wide so larger items have to be 'shaped' All in all, a great washing machine
