After just 6 months of twice weekly use, this washer developed a hole in the drum. Goodness knows how, as it had remained in situ since it was first installed. Under warranty, AO swiftly got a new machine to me - customer service is excellent. I love the look of this washer and the size of its drum. It has some great features such as a setting where colours and whites can be mixed in the wash, which keeps it economical for smaller households. I’m hopeful that the issue with the original washer was just a one-off, as apart from that, it’s a fab machine!

I am very impressed so far! I initially thought the Wi-Fi was a bit of a gimmick but it’s actually really useful!

Good item. Does everything you would expect, plus some extras. The wifi is useful when out the house, and want to time a finished wash with coming home.

More than happy with this item, I did lots of research and wanted a machine with a nice easy wash setting. This machine has a 59 min setting for a full load and a nice easy quick wash option at 14, 30 or 45 min wash for slightly lighter loads. It’s nice to have a larger drum than I have previously for my family of 4. Delivery nice and easy and we installed it ourselves. For a mid price machine this is doing the job nicely.
