Really love how quiet the machine is, less decibels, brilliant. A-rating, brilliant. 9kg drum, great. Small downside I found that I can't put a full load on a quick, half hour wash and the instruction book took a bit of figuring out. We took ages to find how to play/pause the wash. Very happy so far, but only had it a couple of weeks.

The spin is amazing with this washing machine - I've opened the door and wondered if it has actually run already or not, as the clothes seemed so dry. A bit noisy and there is an odd banging sound when the cycle finishes.

I needed to replace my 5 years old washing machine. My previous experience with AO was very positive so I decided to try again. The product offering was impressive and filters especially energy rating which is so important due energy costs. I liked the review system which helped show positive and negatives for a product. I previously had a Samsung Easy Bubble but it failed due the drum which is an issue I saw in other reviews. I decided to try another company. I chose this washer as it's A rated, a bigger load but takes up less room. I also prefer non white washers. It's also very quiet with the option to configure settings. I haven't tried the WiFi option but happy this is included

I never thought that the wifi capabilities of a washing machine would really be of use. How wrong I was. Controlling the machine by app is a lot easier and there are so many things that can be programmed. There’s a timer so you can set it to come on at 4am when you’re fast asleep on an eco wash to save money and you can put the washing out as soon as you get up. You get alerts on your phone when the washing is done so you can either put it on don’t crease until you’re ready to get it or put it on another spin so it dries quicker. My husband isn’t great with washing cycles so I get him to load it and put powder in and I start it at work sometimes. It’s honestly so useful and I’m really glad we went for this machine. It’s also very quiet on the 1600 spin especially compared to our last couple of machines. Love it!

A good solid machine with a 1600 spin. A range of programmes to suit all needs. Quiet operation and does not move when spinning.

Purchased for my daughter and she is so far really happy with it. The quietness is amazing and she has already seen a difference in the amount of electricity it uses
