Had this washing machine around 11 months and it has made a horrible clunking noise since I purchased it. This is due to the amount of clothes you put into each different cycle which I didn't realise when I bought it. It is a very loud noise that can be heard outside the house! Wouldn't recommend unless you use one cycle or like to look at the manual to check the amount of clothes it will allow you to wash each time

Great washer that we wish we upgraded to sooner. The shallow depth suits our fitment well and the washer looks great in our kitchen which has dark surfaces. The cycles are really quiet, with only the spin being noticeable outside the kitchen. Clothes are coming out really clean which is the main thing, but as above this machine is the package.

Quieter than the 17-yr old Hoover machine that it replaced and takes a 50% bigger load. Can't really see the point of wifi connectivity so just ignored that.

Well this hoover washing machine is so easy to use. I’m disabled and I’m pleased to say my clothes come out really dry. I finish off the drying in my tumble drier on a very short cycle. I wish I had bought this washer sooner. It’s silent efficient and my electric bill has gone down. It has a massive load capacity . This is a 1600 spin speed 9kg capacity and A rated I recommend this washer great for me as I have a broken back and it has a large door access so I don’t need to bend far. I really wish I’d bought it sooner . Look it up and buy soon jonathan bateman customer

It’s fine, useful washing machine and very quiet one (even high spin isn’t deafening) Not using the Wi-fi function.

I chose to use the machine manually instead of through wifi. It was easy and simple to understand each stated programme as you turn the knob and use according to what you want for the type of wash. Result was excellent.

bought same make as old one,move powerful spin plenty of room for lots of washing ,easy to work,only 1 negetive drawer to put washing liquid does not come out very far,when i pour in my liquid i kept a spare lid easier to pour in small gap with just enough in a lid, apart from that amazing washing machine highly recomended

Manufacturing fault and i have not had my washing machine replaced and its been over two weeks.
