Pros - so quiet it's freaky! The spin is near silent. A full 9kg was at 59 minutes is great. Easy to adjust temp and spin speed Cons- I wish there was a program I could just turn it to and be done. I can't be the only person who chooses this machine for it's energy saving abilities, not in the current cost of living crisis! But the eco cycle is ridiculous. Over 4 hours. I can't believe that is energy saving. Many other programs don't make use of the high 1600 spin speed - spinning clothes as much as possible before sticking them in the dryer is much more efficient. So I'm having to manually adjust the temp and spin speed every single time I use it.

The product is fine so far, the only minor issue (or slightly misleading aspect) is the machine is advertised as 1600 rpm and although it does have programs that go to that level, the vast majority of programs don't and are not even close to that spin speed.

Easy to use, I like the option of short cycles, there's 14, 30 and 44 minute programmes, I also use the 59 minute cycle a lot, there's the option to change the temperature and spin to get the best result. I had an issue with the first machine, which was swiftly resolved by AO and a replacement sent the following day.

Good Hoover washing machine

Excellent. Quiet and efficient. Looks good.

Bought this machine two weeks ago-so far so good. Good choice of programs and some clever features- such as adapting the cycle chosen to be shorter if it’s a lighter load or only lightly stained. A quiet machine even on the fastest spin. Slight negatives- the glass of the door gets quite warm on higher temperatures and the open/close mechanism of the door feels quite light rather than reassuringly solid. Still, pleased with the purchase and seems good value. Haven’t yet tried the smart feature or app but have used the delay function and that worked as it should.

Nice looking machine that’s easy to use. Got this with a cash back offer which made it even better value. It’s very quiet and it’s everything you’d want and expect from a decent washing machine

Have tried several programs, the ECO 40-60 does take over 3hours,which is rather a long time if you have more than one wash to do! It is very quiet during the wash and spin. If it lasts as long as the old Hoover washing machine I had I will be very happy. Happy so far.
