It's a smart, stylish washing machine with a great mix of cycles with some convenient quick wash options. We have used half a dozen times now and the results are good. Would recommend.

It's really quiet & does what it says. Steam function doesn't seem to make a huge difference. Eco wash saves water but uses more electric as it's over 3 hours long. Fits better in space we have & 1600 spin has hugely reduced drying times.

Looks fab, is as expected. Delivery was very efficient and easy.

After just 6 months of twice weekly use, this washer developed a hole in the drum. Goodness knows how, as it had remained in situ since it was first installed. Under warranty, AO swiftly got a new machine to me - customer service is excellent. I love the look of this washer and the size of its drum. It has some great features such as a setting where colours and whites can be mixed in the wash, which keeps it economical for smaller households. I’m hopeful that the issue with the original washer was just a one-off, as apart from that, it’s a fab machine!

Looks good but a bit disappointed by the detergent tray and door which don’t feel as sturdy as I would have expected. They are plastic and feel a bit thin, having said that they work well and although I am not very technical, quite like the Wi-Fi element
