Good machine for washing but it does not dry your laundry as it should be for that price tag. Very disappointed!

1st one I received was December 2020 - within 9 months had to be replaced due to the dryer not working and an FD error message. Replacement received (AO were brilliant) and within 4 months, weird vibrations through the touch screen panel - Today the second one doesn't work with the same fault as machine 1. Certainly not what you'd expect from what should be a premium manufacturer.

DO NOT BUY, on our 2nd machine both have same issue with dryer not working and getting FD error, which the repair men said they don't have a solution to fix, all the do is replace the machine. So would not recommend it unless you want a machine which will break every 6 months. Shame was a good machine when it worked

When I bought the Haier washer dryer from AO there were only 3 reviews - all very positive. I wanted a large capacity machine and this was the only brand of washer dryer that fitted the bill. Despite having not heard of Haier, I bought one. The delivery guy raved about the machine, so I believed I’d bought something special. Wrong. Washing, it’s fine. Drying - very frustrating. It can display that it has 20 minutes remaining. And 3 hours later it’s still displaying 20 minutes left. More than once I’ve had to ‘force quit’. There is no other way to stop it mid dry cycle. Also, it has 3 drying settings - dry enough to wear; dry enough to put in the cupboard (surely that’s the same as dry enough to wear?) and dry enough to iron - which you’d expect, maybe, to be a little bit damp, but it’s not. The washing is bone dry. All 3 settings dry the clothes to the same level of dryness. I’m also annoyed that a week after buying the Haier, it was reduced by £200. So, with the frustration the machine causes, and the fact it cost over £900, I’m not happy with it.

Great product until it starts leaking out the front of the door. Had it replaced, same problem, decided to go for another brand. Excellent customer support from AO & Haier!

Taking me some time to get used to this machine, new technology but a good product that I’m enjoying us

Quiet machine, plenty of choice on spin speeds, washing cycles and drying cycles.

On my second machine. 1st one had a fault with the heating element had an engineer out and was fixed. Then it happened again two months later. The machine when working is brilliant, the washing machine is very good the dryer im waiting to see what happens with the second machine. Haeir and AO did a three way call and arranged a new machine Customer service here was very good.
