Good product, great delivery and installation experience.

I noticed some rattling during the spin cycle. Haier sent out an engineer very quickly, who found some felt that had become dislodged and also tightened some things up, which seemed to help. The max spin speed happens to be at the resonant frequency of my floor. I bought a vibration damping mat, which helped with the end of the spin cycle but now it just resonates at a different point in the cycle. Still working out how to dampen it further. I think I might put the noise reduction foam that comes with it between the machine and the counter above. This isn't a fault with the machine as such, but something to consider if you have a wooden floor (even if the floorboards are below tile, like mine)

Bought this as a replacement to a really old hotpoint washer dryer and find it great so far. Seems to wash and dry fairly quickly now that I’ve found the right settings. Only four stars due to not receiving an instruction manual and had to find this on the haier website. Lots of different programs and drying options

Very happy with the product. Stylish, quiet, plenty of washing options and easy to use. Does last a little longer on washing and drying than hoped.

Good looking machine with decent features. Limited settings for wash only which is annoying and when using the dryer things still come out a bit damp
