Very smart product, and very easy to use. It’s a bit intimidating at first but it’s very logical to use and the controls are impressive. The issue I have is it’s a premium product sold as shallow depth but this is not true. The 46cm is from the back to the front before the control panel. So including pipe work, control panel and buttons takes it to around 53cm. Definitely feels like an intentional setup where the depth is incorrectly characterised. It’s just unnecessary cos the product is great quality.

Attractive machine with big drum. Smoked effect means cannot see wash during cycle unless light on which is only at beginning and end of wash. Difficult to change programme or pause if made a mistake. User interface not friendly for elderly or arthritic - overly complex. Actual dimensions not as stated. Not that slim. Really about 52-53cm cm deep and not 46cm. 46cm only at very top. It is not quiet or smooth in operation making a grinding sound. This jerkiness can damage your clothes. I also found the product unreliable with repeated F7 motor fault codes for a brand new machine.

I love my new washer dryer, it's perfect for my family (2+1). The programs that are available in it are perfectly selected and the washing time is also very good. The stain removal program is sensational, the dryer dries very well in a good time. My clothes are dry and not very wrinkled. Spinning is quiet, which does not interfere with watching TV during its operation. I am very happy that I decided to purchase it. I recommend it 100%.

Quiet, dries well but my biggest disappointment is the instruction booklet. It doesn't explain the programmes properly. The transit bolts were ridiculously difficult to remove too!

Had this machine for about a month now and it’s the perfect Washer Dryer. I’m impressed with the load size and its shallow depth. I needed a slim machine to fit in a tight cupboard space in my kitchen. It’s a little on the pricey side but the way it keeps itself clean I’m ok with it. I’ve been Keeping an eye on my smart meter display and It isn’t as power hungry as I thought, but only time will tell. Also the i-Refresh function puts this machine in a league of its own. Throw a couple garments in there and by time you’ve had a shower, they’re ready to wear. Plus you can hardly wear it working, no more turning the TV volume up and subtitles.

Please, don't buy this product. It took 9 and half hours to wash and dry a normal load (under 5KG). At the end of its cycle, the door wouldn't unlock, and the machine was warm to the touch. I followed the guides in the manual to overcome this issue, i.e. to unlocked the door, but none worked. In the end, it was switched off by the plug for about an hour, and only then did it unlock. Needless to say, the clothes inside were ruined.

This is the first washer dryer I’ve ever had and it’s been great so far. Loads quieter than our old washing machine, a few louder bits but we don’t mind. It’s got a lot of options and the manual is really useful for which settings to choose. We went for it as well because of the depth. A lot of the other washer dryers of the same kg were a lot deeper so this suited our kitchen space. I would definitely recommend it.
