This washer-dryer seems great. We needed a shallow machine and this was recommended by Which? You just need to watch the drying times as laundry is locked in until the finish time - there’s no opening the door a bit early to get your uniform out for work.

Quiet, compact and easy to use, with a good range of programmes. The difference in volume from our noisy old machine is unbelievable!

It's quite shallow in depth (about 530mm), though nowhere near the maker's claim of 470mm, which is simply the depth of the top panel. The difference is accounted for by the pipework at the back, and the protrusion of the porthole. Nevertheless, this is much better than almost all other machines. The display is very clear and the machine is very quiet. The manual is better than that for my previous machine, but I could do with more information on the individual programmes. I had to experiment to find out how long various programmes would take.

Terrible machine. Went through 2 machines in 4 weeks. 2 engineer visits and each time said I needed parts and they are well versed in the faults too - can't fault them there! Spend the extra on something like an LG (as advised by their own engineers) On the up side AO were very good and swapped quickly!

Replaced my very old washing machine. Looks great and seems to do a great job, however for some reason the machine doesn’t dispense my fabric softener! Also, seems to be an issue with the delicate wash as it doesn’t appear to pump the water out and then gives an error! Seems to be resolved by just stopping the wash and putting it on a spin but it means the delicate wash does not complete!! Engineer coming out next week so may be fine in the end but not too happy with the complications so far!
