It works well overall, only tried a selection of the preset programmes. Found the touch controls to not be that responsive which is a shame. Also, pausing the machine during drying keeps the door locked so you can’t check how things are drying. This is quite frustrating and the only suggestion in the manual is to pause/switch off and then run a spin cycle which seemed to add more water to the drum, so definitely didn’t help!

I love this Washer/Dryer BUT………… the first one I got leaked out of the door, absolutely no problem getting it replaced with the same model as I really like it. It’s super quiet and washes well BUT……… the replacement is leaking from the door too! How can I be so unlucky to get two that leak. It’s not loads of water, it just runs down from the bottom of the door but I have to put something on the floor to soak it up. Haier are sending an Engineer after I spoke to them so I hope he can get to the bottom of it. Like I say, the machine is great but I’m so disappointed this has happened with two machines so please just be aware.

I bought this as it was the only one I could find that fit the narrow depth space of my broken machine. The product is slightly bigger than advertised as the power cable sticks out at bottom left at rear (left when looking from front) so it doesn’t quite fit in the small area my previous machine did. I wouldn’t say it’s as quiet as it makes out. I also find the door lock frustrating as can’t stop a dry cycle mid flow - the lock stays unless I power the whole machine off. That said, it has washed and dried my clothes to a high quality so far and it looks good!

Washing machine is great but the dryer has too much steam coming out from the drawer which then leaves a puddle on the floor.

First washer and dryer I have purchased. Decided to go for Haier as price seemed good and the functionality seemed fit for what I needed. The sizing is accurate on the website meaning it allowed me to fit it in a small space. Easy enough to install yourself and fairly straight forward, as this was the first time I had installed one. All working perfectly with quick washes and a timer to tell you how long left. Much quieter than my previous machine which means the faster spin options are nice and quiet.

I noticed some rattling during the spin cycle. Haier sent out an engineer very quickly, who found some felt that had become dislodged and also tightened some things up, which seemed to help. The max spin speed happens to be at the resonant frequency of my floor. I bought a vibration damping mat, which helped with the end of the spin cycle but now it just resonates at a different point in the cycle. Still working out how to dampen it further. I think I might put the noise reduction foam that comes with it between the machine and the counter above. This isn't a fault with the machine as such, but something to consider if you have a wooden floor (even if the floorboards are below tile, like mine)
