Excellent product that washes beautifully but takes a boot too long at 4 hours to dry a 5 Kg load

Love this washer dryer - easy to use, useful pre-set functions. It's also really attractive compared to other devices The filter is not great but I'm just splitting hairs, it's a very good appliance

Not always the most intuitive to use, but is very quiet and looks nice.

We're very happy with the washer function, it's incredible quiet, even when spinning. Doesn't seem to use much electricity either. The dryer function is pretty good, normal clothes come out completely dry. It does seem to struggle a bit with towels, bed sheets, and thick hoodies. Still very quiet and doesn't use much power.

This washing machine runs pretty well for us. It has the usual programmes and a few interesting modes too. "i-refresh" is a mode that takes something like 30 minutes, doing something like blasting it with steam and then drying it in order to breathe a bit of life into it. This worked well for me recently, refreshing some t-shirts that'd been sat in the wardrobe for some time. So far the drying mode is working as expected (this replaced a Beko washer-dryer) - not always perfect, but does the job good enough for our purposes. One thing I would say though is that the manual is not very straightforward in some cases. It's got quite a bit of broken English (albeit is generally decipherable), and some things are oddly hidden: for example, when trying to work out how to use i-refresh, it's not clear the "right" way to do it, and there's just a "small print" like part of one page that says not to add detergent during i-refresh. Now we already assumed we shouldn't, but the fact that you have to select a normal programme and then put it into i-refresh mode from there does make you thing twice. So overall, machine so far so good (1 month or so) with some interesting features, manual could use a native/fluent English proofreader.

I brought this to go in my small kitchen and it fits a treat. Nice and slim to fit under the counter and does not protrude. Very happy with it, looks smart with my grey cupboards. It is also quite when running witch is ideal for the open plan kitchen lounge area.

I have this washer dryer for two weeks and so far I am really pleased. The controls take a little bit of time getting used to as they're not immediately obvious like older washing machines. Really impressed with the quiet mode though, it really is very quiet. Only criticism/observation would be that the dryer function doesnt dry things as quickly as my previous conventional tumbledryer, however perhaps that is to be expected.
