Bought this as my previous Shark ..the rocket..gave up the ghost. Only had it a few days but unfortunately a few things I'm not fond of........ The new style handle and dust collecting part not nearly as good as previous. The cable comes out of the handle and gets in the way as you're holding it , you have to turn it in such a way so that it's not in the way of your hand. Also my hand between thumb and forefinger gets sore on the new shape as I'm pushing it as its quite stiff to push. I'm sure it's only stiff due to the hair wrap gadget which is great though and works fab. Canister pretty small. I feel they should've kept the old shape of previous stuck vacuum. Picks up great though so in that aspect does what it's supposed to.

I love it. I bought the plug in with plenty of cable. Altho takes getting use to especially the the head that moves about rather than the normal fixed. No issue after using it a couple of times though. Excellent suction. Love the hand held unit which leaves the other hand free should you need to hold on while doing stairs. Very light to move, carry around and easy to switch from floor to carpet. Very easy to empty with nothing to put back together !! Perfect for going under furniture. Filter needs washing Every 2weeks !! The only downside is that it doesn’t stand Upright on its own. As most vacuums do I found this surprising. And as an older person would purchase for the light weight but may find it hard to pick up from the floor. If you use the attachments in the full length stick it doesn’t feel very sturdy. Over all I am very pleased with my first shark Purchase. For the price I paid it’s excellent

Excellent hoover, very lightweight and easy to use. Cleans carpets really well

We thought that being a vacuum with mains lead would be a hinder as we’ve had a cordless for so long but it made the hoovering better! Didn’t have to worry about battery dying and picked up so much more. It was actually quite light and had a very long cord to get around. Easy to detach the hand held part and empty it as well. Husband happy , wife happy!

Amazing! Best hoover i’ve ever had!

This Vacuum Cleaner just revolutioned my house, so light to manouvre, and at the end I don't need to remove all of my hair from it, the anti hair wrap really works. Has 2 suctions modes, the carpet mode is just strong enough to take all the dust, but gentle and doesn't suck the ends of the mats.

I have bought all kinds of vacuums in the past but they lose their suction quickly rendering them useless. The Shark was a revelation! It is compact and stores discreetly. The variable power is great and on the stronger powers this vacuum practically moves itself. It is easy to empty and holds more than you`d think. Will I go back to other brands? Absolutely not!
