Fine on wooden floors but far too hard to use on carpets. Really heavy going. Thought this style would have been lighter to use. Don’t like the roller ball movement and not great getting into corners. Only positive was that it folds down and easy to store. Wish I could have had a free trial as definitely would not have kept it.

Hoover is brill. My car kit was missing and I have had no response from AO!

Product returned without plugging it in. Problem is most of its weight is in the part held in the hand. Almost no weight in the part on the floor. This makes it too heavy for my wife to hold with her weak hands.

Three stars as vacuum is quite heavy and i prefer my dyson as the hose pipe is handy when cleaning in awkward corners.

Bought this as my previous Shark ..the rocket..gave up the ghost. Only had it a few days but unfortunately a few things I'm not fond of........ The new style handle and dust collecting part not nearly as good as previous. The cable comes out of the handle and gets in the way as you're holding it , you have to turn it in such a way so that it's not in the way of your hand. Also my hand between thumb and forefinger gets sore on the new shape as I'm pushing it as its quite stiff to push. I'm sure it's only stiff due to the hair wrap gadget which is great though and works fab. Canister pretty small. I feel they should've kept the old shape of previous stuck vacuum. Picks up great though so in that aspect does what it's supposed to.

Great product well made very versatile.

Decent hoover used shark a few times now and happy overall with their products ..

Great hoover for small areas which is what I use it for, however the anti hair wrap technology is false as it wraps my hair and it’s not even shoulder length.
