It’s a bit noisy! And heavier than I anticipated And could have come with a few more accessories , yes, you can order on line , but a stair attachment, should be included as Standard

i am deeply unimpressed, the standard vacuum attachment doesn’t pick up anything, brand new, fully charged, on a carpet, and nothing. Reread the booklet, try again. Nothing. Remove it and replace it with the open nozzle it grudgingly picks up a few bits. This was bought for doing the stairs, my stairs are very steep, and a standard vacuum with a cord proving just too dangerous, the idea was for this to take up that role, and I’m very unimpressed at the sheer waste of money. I wish I hadn’t recycled the packaging or it would be going back.
