i am deeply unimpressed, the standard vacuum attachment doesn’t pick up anything, brand new, fully charged, on a carpet, and nothing. Reread the booklet, try again. Nothing. Remove it and replace it with the open nozzle it grudgingly picks up a few bits. This was bought for doing the stairs, my stairs are very steep, and a standard vacuum with a cord proving just too dangerous, the idea was for this to take up that role, and I’m very unimpressed at the sheer waste of money. I wish I hadn’t recycled the packaging or it would be going back.

Great value for the money - powerful, quiet, and easy to fold away to store. My only criticism is that the included accessories didn't have as much as other brands.

Easy to use and fairly powerful. Love the light feature and the brush that seems to really pick up stuff very well. Best feature is that it folds out to be stored compact

Having had a Shark electric 'sweeper' that lasted years and picked up everything, it was an easy decision to choose the brand again when it finally died. Trying to choose between the different models is tricky, but weight and ease of use were priority due to having disabilities. The overall weight is good, although it does feel a little top heavy because of where the battery is. It's very easy to fold it over and detach the parts for different cleaning and emptying. It picks up long hairs and dog fur really well. The extra boost button is great and it's good you can change the power for hard floors or thin mats. Battery charged quickly and is still on its first charge after about 30 minutes use in total. If you do need instructions though, they aren't particularly clear. Probably more help to find a video if you can. Overall, very pleased.

I had one of these before and they are excellent and this one is too. I have been using it near daily for 2 weeks and I have cats so I can leave a review. For my small flat a single charge is ample and allows me to clean as I go whenever there are crumbs or cat litter on the floor. The only issue is that if the spill has even a little bit of water it can become harder to clean the drum but that is true of all vacuum cleaners of this type.
