Thermostat in main oven faulty from start, had to be replaced. Red temp indicator light goes off way before desired temp reached, it goes on and off 2 or 3 times before temp achieved. Timer beeper sound very quiet, you can only hear when standing next to oven (my hearing is acute). Cakes do not rise properly. Not a patch on previous Bosch oven, we thought we were getting an oven of similar quality considering the price.

First time I have purchased from ao.com and I can honestly say that the service has been fantastic. I will not hesitate to buy from ao.com in the future. The oven was to replace a 12 year old Neff cooker and it looks fantastic in the kitchen. I am really surprised by how much better everything seems to cook Would recommend.

We are been using this now for a month. Just got it before the Christmas and did extensive backing during this time and we all were really pleased with the result. Both ovens bakes well and quick. Installation was very easy. All instructions were very clear. Highly recommend this oven to anyone.

Have not used all settings yet but very happy with the oven so far. Happy with the dials, easy to read and I like that when not in use they retract.

This oven/grill is fantastic. I have never known an appliance heat up so quickly! The retracting dials are great and I love we can have the lights on without it running. Excellent service from AO as always. This oven doesn't come with feet but fitting to the units was straight forward just be ready with some muscle to lift it in! Looking forward to cooking the Christmas turkey in it now :)

I bought this to replace my old NEFF oven which I had been using for over 17 years. The choice of double oven to fit into the existing kitchen units was restricted as most of these double ovens are now much taller. Both the top and bottom ovens are smaller than the old oven, but adequate for a couple like us, but probably would be too small for a family of five. Heating efficiency and distribution are so much better than the old oven, so much so we have had to reduce our cooking times. Two small criticisms, one the alarm beeper is far too quiet, you need to be standing next to it to hear it. Also NEFF only provide two shelves in the bottom oven, if you want one for the top oven you have to buy one as an accessory, which we have done - but more expense!!

the oven is so far very good. BUT I made a mistake. this oven is a lot smaller than the one it repaced even though the overal dimentions are the same as the neff oven it replaced. I did not realise there would be a difference on the internal sizes if the outside size was the same. I belive the models starting with a J are the ovens with smaller internal ovens. I think a better explanation on the decription somehow may have helped with my choice. As for the overal experiance from AO, this was esay and quick. the delivery driver and installation team though did let AO though.

We bought this based on reviews and Which report. Not disappointed. Heats up in 11 mins (setting dependant). Great even bake. Perfect chicken nuggets so Kids are happy ??. But this and you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend
