For the price it ought to have come with more than one wire shelf and a proper grill tray with a removable handle.

This is a great oven for those with a smaller single oven looking for more space or cooking versatility. With two oven cavities you have additional flexibility to bake & grill at the same time - Sunday roasts are a breeze now, with the joint of meat roasting nicely in the main oven while the great British roast potatoes in the top at a higher temp. I would have given 5 stars if: 1. There was an addition oven shelf - sharing two across both ovens can get a little annoying for a bigger family 2. NEFF had found a way to to reduce the condensation that is generated by the top oven Fitting is relatively simple, but does require an electrician if you don’t have the skills in the family as it’s hardwired into a suitable “cooker” circuit!

Bought this as it was Which Best Buy- didn’t disappoint! Really pleased with it and it looks really smart. Scones and cakes were great so no worries

2 decent sized ovens with many different cooking features and really easy to use.

This double 'built-under' oven works well. The lower main oven is multifunction using fanned heat or conventional static heat and has a grill. The smaller top oven also contains a grill and can be used to cook using conventional top and bottom heat, or base heat alone. The dials retract, so they lie flush with the control panel when not in use, making it easier to clean. This oven is a Which 'Best Buy' and 'Eco Buy'. It's highly recommended and if you can get it for under £799 even better.

Seems like a well made, quality product. The gripe is size of the two ovens. Both are smaller than my previous oven, which seems to me to be design flaw. It talks about cooking things on different shelves and the flavours staying safe, but there is only one shelf in the main oven! Problem solved eh? I doubt you could cook a chicken and a tin of roast potatoes at the same time in the main oven. Maybe if you cooked them in the same tin. Id guess this would suit a single person rather than a family of 4. I did compare to other ovens on AO, and it looked to be a decent size compared to others. The perils of ordering online. I would not have bought this oven if Id seen it in the showroom first.

This oven is great. It warms up really fast, the double grills are great for doing veggie and meat options. Easy to fit and even the electronic timer was easy to use. You definitely get what you pay for. No regrets

I am so happy with this oven. I had a limited choice because of my kitchen design, but it cooks beautifully. Cakes, bread and homemade pizza have all turned out perfectly. The timer is incredibly easy to use. The oven is well lit so that I can see what my food looks like without opening the door. I wan't sure about the look of it in the picture, but it has smartened up the kitchen no end and looks much better than I thought it would. For once, it comes with a very good user guide to help choose the correct settings for different foods which helps to make the most of all the different oven settings. I haven't used the grill yet. Overall, I can absolutely see why this came out top when I researched it before buying, and I'm thrilled to bits with it. There isn't really anything I don't like about it.
