    Fantastic professional service and product

    5/5
Love the oven . The only issue I have is the handles stick out a lot and I would say are positioned in a place that would suggest the doors open downward rather than to the side . This catches everyone out lol

Fairly good for the price, but no escaping that it's the budget option. Induction hob controls are fiddly.

Hard to argue for this price. Works well, no issues at all. Plenty of space in the ovens. I'm new to induction, but all very easy.

    Manual makes no sense.

    1/5
AO customer service was amazing, but sadly BEKO were not. The appliance specs and manual are contradictory to what they state. Under product specifications online it says this appliance needs 40 amp fuse rating and when the appliance arrived in the actual manual it says 63amp. Got in contact with BEKO via AO and the lady said to me that I should look online and the manual is generic. It also says an electricity connection of 12400 watt and that still does not make sense as the that watt is much higher than a 40 amp. The lack of explanation and generic response is very disappointing from a large company like BEKO. Giving people a generic manual for an appliance that could basically blow your electricity is very dangerous and irresponsible.
