Lovely Looking kettle - really finished off the look of my kitchen - However, a few months outside of warranty a large bubble appeared under the paint/finish and eventually took over half the kettle! I really would have expected it to last a few years longer for the price!

Lovely looking kettle but unfortunately the lid allows water that has already been boiled to run down the back of the kettle towards the handle, as soon as the lid is opened, which for such an expensive item, is a truly poor design and disappointing feature.

Hi It looks lovely. I’m just not keen on the quality. The base and handle looks like chrome but it is fact plastic which was a disappointment considering the cost. I have also purchased a SMEG fridge and range cooker. I hope the quality of those items are better.

The kettle looks amazing however, it’s style over function. It’s fairly heavy, noisy and water level is blocked by the handle. It’s does look great tho ...

My kettle has developed a large crack at the top of the handle after just 6 months which means it is unsafe for use. Has not been misused or abused so very shocked at the poor quality. Lid does not open very well either.

It does not work

Brought our kitchen to life with its glossy white colour and shining features, would fit perfectly into any kitchen, it has a 1970s American café sort of vibe! The filter built into the kettle stops any large/small bits of lime-scale making they’re way into your drinks & it’s relatively quiet to boil compared to other kettles. Overall, we love our new kettle!
