Great product! Large 10kg capacity, large draw & door. Wash cycles are simple and not over complicated. Prosense technology good as it reduces cycle time depending on weight load. Clear digital display which tells you remaining time. You can change temperature and spin on each cycle. It's also very quiet! . The only thing I would change is to have the option of 1600rpm spin to reduce amount of drying time but I knew this before I purchased. You can choose to put it on extra rinse though. I've only had this a few weeks but I really like it so far and would recommend.

Easy to use and quiet

Had for a few weeks now and so far it has been brilliant. Obvious difference in wash quality to our old machine and quieter , much quieter, no longer feels like a freight train is running through our utility room. The option of 3 different times for each wash is great, so being able to do a 10kg wash at 40° in under a hour, and the ti.e doesn't lie unlike our old machine.

Cleaning the clothes great and, most importantly for our house, it is so quiet when on!!

It's a nice machine. Quiet, not quite as quiet as the Samsung that we replaced when it broke (after only 8 months) but washes better and easily does a big load

Huge drum makes a real difference when it comes to the cleanliness of washing - with large loads the clothes have space to move around rather than screwed up in a ball. Really well made and very quiet, doesn’t have WiFi connectivity but that’s not a function we’d ever use anyway… considered by us to be a gadget for the sake of it so no loss. Door catch is simple and strong with no mechanisms to fail. This is our first AEG appliance and we were so impressed by it that three days after delivery we bought a matching AEG tumbler dryer to replace an aging condenser unit from a cheaper brand. This means they can be stacked using a bespoke AEG shelf device, brilliant for space saving if your layout allows it.

Despite teething issues with the AO connection (a difficult job resolved well after dialogue - fast dispatch for new team to fix). Able to wash well and fast top spin cycle is certainly quieter than previous machine.
