This fridge, not the freezer part only worked for 6weeks. I have spent the last 5weeks trying to get it fixed or replaced. 2 engineer visits later and they still have not fixed it and will not agree to a replacement! The company hi sense who own fridgemaster have been terrible to deal with, so my advice is do not buy!!

I like this fridge, especially when slightly (and by slightly, I really mean utterly) inebriated as I don’t have to chase beer bottles around the top shelf as they lie on their sides because there’s enough room to stand them up, brilliant! A positive and a negative is that it has reduced my snacking. The bright LED light in the fridge late at night causes me to drunkenly recoil and squint my sensitive drunk eyes such that I find it difficult to locate cheesy or chicken based junk food (for which there is ample space inside for). The freezer is so cold even Ranulph Fiennes would think twice before venturing inside. Handy wheels at the back of the fridge make it easy to recover runaway snack items that fall behind it after a brief drunken stupor chase when hungry after being kicked out of the pub at closing time. Although, waking up the next morning to find the fridge in the middle of the kitchen with a trail of food behind it can be disconcerting. I like this fridge, it’s cheaper than some of the others leaving more money for beer, brilliant!

This fridge freezer I bought as it was a frost free.as my old one was manual defrost. And as my lifestyle was becoming busier I thought I'd treat myself to this one .what I didn't realise is that they had sent me a faulty one ..consequently I lost all my freezer food.when I contacted fridge master.they were very unhelpful stating they couldn't send an engineer out for almost 3 weeks With help from another source I managed to have the engineer out in 2 weeks ,(still waiting)diabolical after service!!and had the cheek to offer me 30 pounds compensation. I would definitely not advice anybody to purchase this appliance.

if you are reversing the doors have a block of wood and a hammer ready. i had 1 bolt that was too tight on the top and mole grips just kept slipping off after the bolt rounded. i had to end up giving the hinge bracket a rotating tap action with the wood block and hammer to persuade it loose (basically the issue is there are no washers on the bolts, extreamly common manufacturing cost savings) i give it 2 stars because (who really reads the excellent reviews over the 1 or 2 bad) the average home user is not a mechanic and this might be a big issue that people may run into when doing a fairly easy task of changing the doors round to fit their lovely home. apart from that its brilliant, i like the little wheels at the back tha helped me move it around, plenty of power cable and all i can say is i am saticefied with my purchase.

Waiting since June for them to repair the firdge. 1st engineer reported no fault so they did nothing. 2nd one found a fault but still waiting for the parts. Booked an appointment to come and repair it, then cancelled in the morning because they haven't still got the part.

Awful, flimsy product, came from AO damaged to the base near the compressor, like it had been dropped from height so the bottom was smashed. Contacted AO who issued a swap, driver contacted me the following day saying I would have to rebook the collection as he doesn't have space, so this would be 3 wasted days now spent waiting on hold, rearranging my delivery for a broken product. After the 2nd 20 minute wait on hold I told the advisor I wanted to cancel the whole thing as I can't in all good consciousness give these guys any more time and money. I spoke to the complaints team who weren't interested, just regurgitated the same line from their script over and over. So terrible service from AO, terrible product from fridgemaster, the fridge itself is lightweight, badly put together and looks like it would last a year or so at most, the pictures in the add make it look quite a nice unit but it came out the box battered and on closer inspection its easy to see why, it's like a large cool box with a plug, flimsy caca. Get a familiar brand and save yourself buying it again next year, it may cost a bit more but its bound to last longer than this junk.

Fridge arrived in perfect working order it was very well packaged, easy to install and fit into kitchen space perfectly. Only needs to be running on level 4 to keep everything inside fresh (out of 7). Lots of space inside for all your fresh products to be stored, freezer has three large compartments, a great looking addition to the kitchen, and great value for money.

A good quality fridge freezer at a good price. Promptly delivered and the delivery team were courteous and efficient. Thanks to all involved. Will definitely buy from you again
