    This fridge freezer I bought as it was a frost free.as my old one was manual defrost. And as my lifestyle was becoming busier I thought I'd treat myself to this one .what I didn't realise is that they had sent me a faulty one ..consequently I lost all my freezer food.when I contacted fridge master.they were very unhelpful stating they couldn't send an engineer out for almost 3 weeks With help from another source I managed to have the engineer out in 2 weeks ,(still waiting)diabolical after service!!and had the cheek to offer me 30 pounds compensation. I would definitely not advice anybody to purchase this appliance.

    The fridge / freezer came damaged on of the bottom back corners... despite being frost free seems to be having some issues with freezing up internally

    Avoid Fridgemaster, warranty repairs are woful.

    Waiting since June for them to repair the firdge. 1st engineer reported no fault so they did nothing. 2nd one found a fault but still waiting for the parts. Booked an appointment to come and repair it, then cancelled in the morning because they haven't still got the part.

    At first delivery men refused to enter property! Delivery men damaged the fridge door on my front door then dumped it in the middle of my lounge! 2 emails later still no response! Freezer not frost free and ice building up on door after one week! Not happy at all!!!! Still waiting for a response about my two emails!!!

    Awful service and product

    This fridge, not the freezer part only worked for 6weeks. I have spent the last 5weeks trying to get it fixed or replaced. 2 engineer visits later and they still have not fixed it and will not agree to a replacement! The company hi sense who own fridgemaster have been terrible to deal with, so my advice is do not buy!!
