Overall OK, nice fridge section but freezer drawers smaller than expected, are not the full depth of unit. Reasonably quiet would have been more than 2stars if freezer drawers were bigger

The fridge freezer has clean lines and works well. I would have given 5 stars except that I have some doubts about the robustness of the door panel as it was delivered with a small dent towards the opening edge of the fridge door. There was a very slight crush mark on the external packaging aligned to this but as I judged that I would have an almighty fight to get the item replaced, I haven't tried. There is also a slight scratch mark elsewhere on the door which must have been caused prior to packaging. Although the product design and function are good it would seem to take very little to cause damage. Perhaps the factory packaging and inspection could be better so future buyers beware.

Fridge is working fine but I cannot register it as the model number is not there!

Chose this product on the strength of reviews previously left primarily because everyone said how quiet it was. I felt a review of my experience may help others chosing this way. I can confirm that it is exceptionally quiet however not physically viewing an item does come with drawbacks. The sides of the this look like covered wood, not metal and the front casing is extremely thin. In fact pushing into place has made a dent in the freezer front leaving me rather disappointed. The fridge door compartments don't look very robust and are very shallow apart from the bottom one. I did get a good offer after joining the AO scheme but the lesson I have learned in this purchase is that it is advisable to view before buying next time. It seems things made in China have economy in mind rather than quality. Ao delivery men were very good and can't fault their service And as I say the fridge freezer IS very quiet.

Looks good but interior door shelving and storage is very flimsy and I don’t expect it to last a year without breaking. Not tough enough to hold a full door shelf of wine bottles.

After I’d bought it, the reviews I read were awful. I’ve only had it for two months so I will see how it goes. I can’t get onto the web site to register the guarantee. It’s only guaranteed for a year. Not looking good all round. I’ve never had any problems buying from AO . I think I’ve just made the wrong choice.

Our old fridge-freezer stopped working four days before Christmas. In a slight panic, I had to quickly order another one, so I wasn’t able to do much research. We just needed a fridge as soon as possible. Overall, for the price, this fridge is ok. It will be much more energy efficient than our old one. The two main points I don’t like about this fridge are the low rumbling noise of its motor, and the lack of flexible shelf spacing and fixed shelves on the fridge door. The noise level was rated at only 37 decibels, but the low rumble when the fridge is on sounds similar to the double-decker buses which sit at the bus stop near our house. The fridge shelves give you some flexibility, but not as much as I would like. If you have all the shelves in, you end up with too many tiny spaces. The veggie drawer could be bigger, or it could even have two drawers. Overall, the fridge is spacious enough for two people. If I had more time to decide I should have probably gone for a slightly smaller one, so it wouldn’t overpower our small kitchen quite as much. No issues with the freezer. I look forward to NOT having to defrost it once a year!

Fridge/freezer is a fridge/freezer!! I’ll review after 10 years
